iCloud settings grayed out on iPad

I have updated my iPad 2 and iPhone to iOS 5 and migrated mobileme accout to iCloud. But the iCloud tab is greyed out in settings and I am unable to access any of the icloud settings on the iPad 2. Everything works fine on my iPhone.If you have the same issue, check to make sure the restrictions are turned off. Tap General > Restrictions, and allow changes to accounts, then all options now are
