Weather and Stocks widgets on iPad iOS 5

After I update my iPad 2 to iOS 5, I can't find weather and stocks widgets. They aren't appearing in my notification center and don't show as an option in the settings.Unfortunately, the weather, clock, calculator apps aren't included in the version on the iPad as well as the iPhone.
