Specify default space for database storage with iPad Safari

Safari desktop explicitly allows users to specify the default space for database storage from 5 to 500 MB. So I can increase or decrease the amount of space available for this purpose on the Mac. Can I also access this configuration option of Safari on my iPad?There is no such setting option for the data base on the iPad's Safari. You can't do that on the devices.
