iPad unknown error 1651 after latest update

My Mac is running Lion and I have updated my iPad 2 to the latest version 4.3.5. Everytime I sync my iPad to iTunes, it keeps popping up the 'unknown error (1651)' message. How to get rid of the issue?This's probably an iTunes bug. You can solve the problem by installing a micro-sim card in the iPad and turning off celular data.
