Use Green Screen Effect in iPad iMovie app

iMovie is a precision video editor. I can use the iMovie 09 green screen feature to change the background of the video clip on the Mac. Can I also use the green screen effect with the iMovie app using my iPad 2? I just drag one video on top of another, but it's not working on the iPad? How can I do that on the device?

The iMovie iOS version has only one video track, no compositing or effects
