iPad 2 Stuck in Portrait Mode and won't rotate

My iPad 2 seems to be stuck in portrait mode and will not rotate. It happened once after I installed Garage Band. Now it is too small for video that way.You probably have the rotation lock button switched ON. Check the switch above the volume rocker on the side and that fixes it. It also seems that rebooting did fix the problem.
