Video Playback issues with iPad iOS 4.3

After I upgraded my iPad to iOS 4.3, my converted movie using Pavtube stop playing sound. Only movies with 2-channel audio playback. I playbacked a movie with more than 2 audio channels from the beginning, audio looped but video continued to playback. Then I scrubbed through the video, playback stopped altogether.
